Pros of my stay at this hotel were mind-blowing! The staff were super friendly and gave me a jaw-dropping upgrade to a huge executive room. The room service was quick and the food was cheap, which was a pleasant surprise. Even though the bar was not attached and initially seemed intimidating, the local men made me feel very comfortable and I had a great time. The cleanliness of the place was top-notch, with my room being cleaned every day and the bedding and towels changed. The location was very accessible to transportation and malls, which was super convenient. The hotel also had free Wi-Fi in rooms, a locker room, 24-hour reception and security, a bar/lounge area, a restaurant with delicious meals, a welcome drink. my stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic and worth every penny!

Location
staff not too friendly. Place also looks somehow creepy when we checked on at night because many people were roaming around even in corridors and making noise.

The rooms were really big and the showers were great.
The first time I stayed, the bed was really comfortable. The second time, the bed was really hard and noisy. The hallway was also noisy. The one time I ate breakfast, everything was cold (eggs, French Toast, coffee) and the toast was either under-toasted or burnt. Only one type of jam for the toast. I'm happy with the rooms overall but eat breakfast elsewhere now.

The staff were courteous and helpful.
There were ants in the bathroom and bedroom. When I asked the cleaning staffto provide an additional towel since there were two adults (my wife & I) in the room, the staff told me that I could have only one! There was no hot water (only very slightly warm water).

They didn't have a single room reserved for me, but upgraded me to a deluxe without an extra charge. Most of the hotel staff (not the front desk) were very friendly, helpful, and kind.
I didn't like that the front desk personnel did not speak English, were not very friendly, and could not give us any information regarding Muscat, how to get around, where to go, where to find a bank open. . . I also didn't like the free breakfast served in the dining room as the food was horrible. The shower in my room ran very hot. . . the cold water did not seem to be working.

Please be informed that Bowshar International Hotel facilities are too bad and it not 3 Star Hotel. Facilities provided by this hotel is too poor and there is no swimming pool, no jacucy, steam bath or any other facilities. even the break fast is too poor. they were supplying only bread and jam. Is this 3 star facilities. We trust Booked.net and atleast you have to review the services before adding hotels in your list. Totally the stay was miserable for us. We suggest to give the outside hotel view picture plus if any breakfast providing then kindly show some pictures in advance for customers review.

It's pretty relaxed, very cheap & the free internet is a very good bonus considering what the competition is quoting, without this service.

Friendly staff
Background music was played in the hotel all the time and I found it hard to sleep at night because of this. If they only turned this off at night it would have made it a more pleasant stay.
